We have been active in the Polish residential market since 1999 and carry out projects in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Poznań, Wrocław, and Kraków. Since the start of our operations, we have built nearly 25,000 apartments and units with a total area of over 1.3 million square meters.
In 2025, we sold 1,001 units, and in PwC's "Largest Developers in Poland" ranking, based on financial data for 2024, we ranked 8th. Since 2023, we have been part of the Crestyl Group — a Czech development group carrying out residential, office, and commercial projects.
