The family estate “Kołłątajówka,” named after the patron of Hugo Kołłątaj Street, is a space where the values of trust and freedom come together to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

We will build two intimate buildings (formally one two-part building) that will offer 109 apartments with 2 and 3 rooms, ranging from 32 to 65 sqm. All apartments will feature balconies and loggias, and those on the ground floor will have private gardens.
