At the Zaspa Wygodnie estate residential, we are developing two six-storey buildings with a total of 225 flats.

The architects have chosen a timeless, light colour palette for the façades, featuring beige, white, and grey tones. The buildings will appear light and elegant, with recessed top floors and arcades on the ground level, which will house retail and service units.

Shaded by these arcades, residents will be able to sit at a table and enjoy a fragrant coffee. This is precisely the scale of the estate residential – human-centred and neighbourly, with open and welcoming spaces – ready to greet its future residents.

Here you will be able to put down roots for a long time. The flats (the architects have designed units ranging from 2- to 5-room rooms) have been conceived in such a way that their arrangement allows for the best possible effect.
So that you can live for years to come – practically, comfortably, safely and with the possibility of changes if, for example, the family expands.
Ground floor flats with a garden are an absolute hit. Why choose a house outside the city? Here you can live among greenery and with your own garden! This will provide space for a lounge or recreation area, a children’s play area or a herb garden.

We have planned one U-shaped building. It will have 5 floors, with the last floor being slightly withdrawn. As a result, apartments on this floor will have phenomenal terraces – great outdoors for a pleasant meeting with loved ones guaranteed!

We have designed 86 1- to 5-room apartments (33 – 107 sq. m.). Many of them will be perfect for families, as we have planned functional floor plans – spacious rooms, separate kitchens, balconies, and spaces for closets in the hall and bedrooms. Whereas smaller apartments are a great option for rent or as your own first home.
