In response to these challenges and in order to strengthen dialogue further, we have established the position of the Customer Ombudsman at Spravia.
The Ombudsman serves as an independent point of contact for anyone wishing to share their opinion, offer a suggestion, or share their experience with our company.
How does the Customer Ombudsman work?
