Spravia customer ombudsman

Your opinion matters to us

Good relationships start with understanding our customers’ needs and expectations. Our motto is “Promises kept” and we want it lived out throughout the entire process of buying and living in your home.

Recent studies show that home buyers often feel uncertain whether they will be properly heard and whether their case will be handled with due care. To meet these challenges and build an even stronger dialogue, we have established the role of the Spravia customer ombudsman.

The ombudsman acts as an independent point of contact – for everyone who wants to share an opinion, submit a suggestion or share an experience related to our company.

How does the customer ombudsman work?

  • Each case is reviewed individually and without unnecessary delay.

  • Every report is treated reliably, confidentially and with full commitment.

  • We strive for every case to end with a transparent and fair resolution.

  • Valuable suggestions from clients are also analysed for systemic changes across the entire organisation.

When can you reach out to the customer ombudsman?

We encourage you to contact the customer ombudsman if:

You would like to share an opinion about our services or customer-care standards.

You have an idea on how to improve the buying, handover or living process.

You experienced a situation that, in your view, requires explanation or improvement.

You want to report irregularities or raise concerns about our cooperation.

You need support in a situation that has not been resolved satisfactorily through other contact channels.

The role of customer ombudsman is held by Andrzej Miś, Spravia’s press officer, who has been with the company for nearly 20 years. He has thorough knowledge of our internal procedures and the people responsible for each area of the business — making him well placed to support a constructive dialogue between client and company.

The ombudsman receives and analyses signals from clients and initiates actions that improve the quality of our service and processes. Responses are prepared in cooperation with the relevant departments — reliably, based on facts and applicable procedures.
