Customer Ombudsman

Your Opinion Matters

Good relationships begin with understanding the needs and expectations of our clients. Our motto is “Kept Promises”, and we are committed to ensure this throughout the entire process of purchasing and using your apartment.

Research conducted in recent years indicates that many clients purchasing apartments often feel uncertain about whether they will be properly heard and whether their concerns will be given the attention they deserve. In response to these challenges and in order to strengthen dialogue further, we have established the position of the Customer Ombudsman at Spravia.

The Ombudsman serves as an independent point of contact for anyone wishing to share their opinion, offer a suggestion, or share their experience with our company.

How does the Customer Ombudsman work?

  • Reviews each case individually and without unnecessary delay.
  • Handles all reports professionally, confidentially, and with full commitment,
  • Strives to ensure that every case is resolved transparently and fairly.
  • Analyses valuable customer suggestions for potential system-wide improvements within the organisation.

When can you use the Client Ombudsman’s assistance?

We encourage you to contact the Client Ombudsman if:

  • 1.

    You want to share feedback on our services or customer service standards,

  • 2.

    You have suggestions for improving the purchasing, handover, or usage process of your apartment,

  • 3.

    You have experienced a situation that you feel requires clarification or improvement,

  • 4.

    You wish to report irregularities or express concerns regarding your cooperation with our company,

  • 5.

    You need support in a situation that has not been satisfactorily resolved through other contact channels.

Report a case

The role of the Client Ombudsman is held by Andrzej Miś, the Press Officer at Spravia, who has been with the company for nearly 20 years. Andrzej is highly familiar with the internal procedures and the people responsible for various areas of the company’s operations. This enables him to effectively support a smooth and constructive dialogue between clients and the company.

The Ombudsman’s role involves receiving and analysing signals from clients, as well as initiating actions to improve the quality of our services and processes. Responses are developed in collaboration with the relevant departments within the company – in a factual, thorough manner, based on the facts and current procedures.
