‘Midori’ is the Japanese word for the colour of young leaves and plants. It stands for freshness, nature and greenery. It is not only nature on land, but also water as a source of life. These were our inspirations for the apartments by the Oława River.
It couldn’t be any other way. Because here, everyday life meets with the tranquillity of nature. Only 46 appartments, with loggias and terraces open to the greenery and the river. Midori House will be a waterfront building bathed in greenery, mysteriously hidden in the crowns of old trees. For the nature of the place lies in the balance between nature and architecture
