Information on the processing of personal data

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of marketing activities involving offering the products and services of Spravia and its affiliated companies. Data subjects may exercise the following rights: the right to request access to their personal data and to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal) and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent of the data subject (Art. 6 section 1 letter a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC). Consent may be expressed by completing and submitting this form. Access to personal data is provided to the following data recipients: authorised employees of the data controller and entities providing marketing and IT services to the data controller. Data will be processed until consent to their processing is withdrawn. The provision of data is voluntary. The consequence of failure to provide data is the inability to receive information about the products and services of Spravia and its affiliated companies.
