Budimex S.A. sets up a daughter company to build and sell residential units. This is how Budimex Nieruchomości – a development company – is created.
Budimex is one of the largest construction groups in Poland. Its beginnings date back to 1968, when the Foreign Trade Centre was established.
In order to distinguish itself from its parent company, a construction company, the development company is distinguished by the orange colour and the notation “nieruchomości” Thus, it is the logo below that has accompanied the sale of residential units for years.
In order to unify all the brands belonging to Ferrovial, which at that time included Budimex S.A. and Budimex Nieruchomości, a new brand identification system was introduced. The font is unified, and the addition of the word “nieruchomości” becomes a distinguishing mark.
The leading colour scheme is white lettering on a yellow background.
In May 2021, Cornerstone Investment Management and Crestyl Group became the owners of the Company. It is a big change, as Budimex Nieruchomości leaves the Budimex S.A. group.
A new name “Spravia” is created for the new brand – created by the renowned BNA company and an independent logo. Spravia includes words such as: make, efficient, right, via or V for victory.
The new visual identity creates an impression of credibility, stability, security, trust and modernity.
Spravia also presents itself through a logotype based on a specially designed font, which gives a unique character to the new brand. The dark blue colour symbolises calmness, confidence, responsibility, while green represents growth, rebirth, development
In 2023, Spravia became a part of the Crestyl Group, which makes Crestyl 100% owner of Spravia.
